We will do our utmost to schedule your appointment as requested.  However, we cannot guarantee that your requested date and time is available.  Our service advisor will contact you via phone or e-mail with either a confirmation of your appointment or to discuss an alternate date and/or time.  Please DO NOT assume that your appointment has been scheduled until you receive a confirmation from our service advisor.
